Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the trendbet Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. trendbet reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings derived from Wagers placed using duplicate Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. trendbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify trendbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. trendbet reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.
trendbet is required to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by trendbet for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your Account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
trendbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits published on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. trendbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. trendbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. trendbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the trendbet Account holder.
trendbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification procedures.
All transactions on the trendbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). trendbet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.
trendbet is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). trendbet reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close any Account suspected of involvement in money laundering or other financial crimes.
All Wagers placed on the trendbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event, as published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any Wager. trendbet reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error or in circumstances where the odds or game outcome were affected by a technical error.
Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the trendbet Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules or by trendbet at its sole discretion.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the trendbet Platform. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may be amended by trendbet at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of any game or Wager, trendbet reserves the right to void the affected Wager and refund the stake to the Player's Account. trendbet's decision in such circumstances is final.

trendbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit, and to close the Account of any Player who is found to have abused or exploited any promotion, including through the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means.
trendbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account at the time of any such modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. trendbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude trendbet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
trendbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if trendbet reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, trendbet reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in your Account, including any winnings derived from Wagers placed in breach of these Terms.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting trendbet's customer support team. Upon closure of your Account, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply following the closure of your Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the trendbet Platform, you agree to first contact trendbet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. trendbet will endeavor to resolve any dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
If you are not satisfied with trendbet's resolution of any complaint, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR or such other regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over trendbet's operations in the Philippines.
